TUSLINN offers nationwide delivery with flexible timelines depending on each region. All orders are processed quickly within the same day so customers can receive their parcels as soon as possible.

1. Central Region

• Standard Delivery: 24 hours

Customers in the Central region will receive their orders within 24 hours after the order is confirmed.

• Express Delivery in Da Nang City: 8 hours

For customers located in central Da Nang, delivery time ranges from 4–8 hours depending on the time the order is placed.

2. Southern & Northern Regions

Delivery time ranges from 2–3 business days depending on the province/city and the shipping carrier.

We always prioritize dispatching orders as early as possible to minimize any delivery delays.

Tuslinn supports international shipping with transparent procedures, clear shipping fees, and proper compliance, ensuring customers feel fully assured when placing orders from abroad.

  • From 1–2 weeks depending on the destination country and shipping method.
  • Customers will receive an international tracking number to monitor their shipment.

2. How International Shipping Fees Are Calculated

  • Shipping fees are set by the international carrier, not by Tuslinn.
  • Fees are calculated based on weight (kg) and destination country.
  • Tuslinn only relays the exact quotation from the carrier — no markup, no extra charges.

3. International Shipping Process

  • Customers provide the delivery address and destination country.
  • The shipping carrier issues the shipping fee to Tuslinn.
  • Tuslinn returns the full quotation for customer review.
  • If the customer agrees, Tuslinn sends the parcel to the carrier and provides the tracking number.
  • Customers pay the shipping fee directly to the carrier according to the carrier’s payment method.

4. Tuslinn Commitments

  • Shipping fee is exactly as quoted by the international carrier.
  • Secure and careful packaging following international shipping standards.
  • Dispatch immediately once the customer confirms.
  • Support and monitor the shipment throughout its journey.

5. Important Notes

  • Some countries may require additional import taxes or customs fees depending on local regulations.
  • Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather conditions, or based on carrier policies.
  • Please provide a clear address and accurate phone number to avoid delays.

3. Shipping Fee – Nationwide Flat Rate

Flat shipping fee: 30,000₫ per order.

Applies to all locations nationwide.

4. Packaging & Delivery Process

  • Each product is sealed carefully and protected with shock-proof packaging.
  • Orders are processed within the same day (before 5 PM).
  • After dispatch, customers will receive a tracking code to follow their delivery status.

5. Additional Notes

  • Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • During holidays or peak seasons, delivery times may vary depending on the carrier.
