Important Notes & Usage Instructions for COOLIN 2026

For the best results, please read and follow the guidelines below:

1. THE GOLDEN TIMING – DRINK ON AN EMPTY STOMACH (MANDATORY)

  • The optimal time to drink cacao is in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Keep at least 30 minutes – 1 hour before your breakfast.
  • The longer the gap, the better: 1 hour, 2 hours, even 3 hours still works perfectly.

→ This allows your body to fully absorb the nutrients and helps cacao work at its optimal effectiveness.

2. DO NOT EAT IMMEDIATELY AFTER DRINKING

  • To maximize product effectiveness, avoid eating right after drinking cacao.
  • Eating too close to the time of consumption can reduce the effect and make cacao less efficient.
  • Your body needs activation time before receiving the first meal.

3. MIXING INSTRUCTIONS – TUSLINN STANDARD

  • Use warm water around 60–80ml for the best consistency.
  • You may add a small spoon of sugar or condensed milk (do not add too much).

Tuslinn’s suggestion: Based on our own experience, you can mix with a little sugar or condensed milk if preferred — but drinking it pure and in one quick sip, then following with a bit of warm water, is easy and highly effective. The natural mild bitterness of celery and cacao is beneficial for the body.

4. QUICK SUMMARY

  • ✔ Drink on an empty stomach

  • ❌ Avoid eating within 5–20 minutes after drinking

IMPORTANT NUTRITION & EATING-TIME TIPS

• Avoid eating dinner too late (after 7–8 PM)

Nighttime is when the body’s natural metabolism slows down significantly, especially when combined with cacao.

If you eat too late:

  • Your body cannot burn off excess calories or old fat stored during the day.
  • This can lead to fat accumulation in the belly, waist, and back areas.
  • It may affect the results of your weight-management routine, causing plateaus or even weight gain.

Ideal dinner time:

  • Best before 7 PM.
  • Eating after 9 PM makes it extremely difficult for the body to burn fat overnight, even if you drink cacao consistently in the morning.
  • If you are very hungry, choose foods without white carbs, oils, or sugary snacks.

• Limit White Carbohydrates When Eating After 7 PM

White carbs such as white rice, noodles, pasta, and white bread have a very high glycemic index.

When consuming too much white starch:

  • Insulin spikes strongly → the body prioritizes fat storage.
  • Excess fat cannot be burned efficiently.
  • The weight-loss process slows down or may even reverse.
